DATALOO – This is a daily reminder of just how hard it is to survive on a dirt diet.
I’m here with a team of 10 Dirt Junkies, all of whom have been living a dirt lifestyle since the age of 14, including the team that got to the World Cup final in France.
It was a tough journey.
They’ve been battling a disease called Burkitt’s lymphoma for a number of years, and we’re lucky to have a healthy team of volunteers who’ve been fighting it for the last three years.
We’re trying to find a way to get the best nutrition from a diet that’s very low in sugar, salt, carbs and processed foods.
We’ve all been trying to get on a diet, but we’ve always been struggling.
We were all so busy with our own business and the other things that we had to juggle, that it was really difficult.
It took us about six months, but it was worth it.
We did have some health problems that we couldn’t have predicted.
The dirt lifestyle is something that’s become quite popular these days and the dirt diet is not only a lifestyle, it’s a way of life.
There’s nothing that you can’t do, so the idea of going to the beach and eating a sandwich at the beach, that’s pretty much what we do.
We do it in the car, we do it at the park, we go to the gym and it’s also a way that we have to stay active and stay fit.
When I was young, it was just fun to have fun, but now it’s just a way for us to stay healthy.
The diet is very simple.
It’s just food, water, minerals, fats and vitamins.
I’d say it’s like a low-carbohydrate diet, where we try to eat as little carbohydrates as possible.
We’ve found that with the dirt lifestyle we’re able to eat like a cow.
It’s a diet where the only food we need is grass and other animal products.
We’re not really getting any protein from animal sources.
We eat a lot of plants and other food that has been grown in the dirt.
The other part of the diet is to try and avoid processed food, so that we’re not getting the junk food that we used to.
I guess it’s the same with our exercise.
It depends on what I’m doing.
Sometimes I’ll be doing a lot walking and running, and other times I’ll do yoga and I’ll get a little bit of weight lifting and stuff.
I’m not really into any other forms of exercise at all.
We don’t do yoga very often, it doesn’t suit our bodies.
The only thing that we’ve found is that it’s really important that you’re really fit.
When we go on our dirt diet, the main thing is just being fit.
You’re going to be in the gym more, and you’re going a little more often, and so you need to be able to do the things that you need, and be in shape.
You need to have the right amount of exercise and you need your weight lifting in.
I don’t think I’m strong enough yet.
I’ve been doing it for almost a year now, and I’m pretty much in the same position I was when I was a teenager, when I had to go through this.
I was in my early 20s, and then I got sick.
My parents were really worried about me, because it’s not easy to come back from a major illness like that.
The first few months were pretty hard.
I had no idea what was going on.
I didn’t know if I was going to live or die.
I think my family is now supportive, and they’re very excited to see how I’m coping.
They know I have a plan, and that it will be a really hard journey for me.
I know that there are a lot more things that I need to do.
I need more time to think, to plan and to get back on track.
I have a lot to do, I need a lot for my family.
I have to start making some changes in my life, and it will take time, but I think that I’m in the best position to make the right choices and have the time to make them.
