Why ‘The Bachelor’ and ‘The Bachelorette’ are so popular with men and women in their 30s and 40s

The Bachelor and The Bacheloté are the latest show to feature young adults in the lead role.

ABC’s newest drama, titled “The Bachelor,” is an adult-themed drama about two men trying to find love, with the female lead.

The cast includes Chris Harrison (who played Ryan Seacrest on “Grey’s Anatomy”), Rachel Dratch (who has appeared in “Orange Is the New Black”), Chris Soules (who appeared in the hit Netflix series “Orange is the New Bitch”) and Sam Rockwell (who was in “The Big Bang Theory”).

“The Bachelor” was first announced in June, but the show has quickly become a hit on social media, attracting hundreds of thousands of followers on Facebook and Twitter.

ABC also announced last month that it is producing the series, with stars Chris Harrison, Josh Brener and Sam Jackson as producers.ABC is currently airing the first two episodes of “The Bachelor,” with the third season set to premiere later this year.

ABC has also announced it will air the first three episodes of season five, and a third season of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
